We are seeking a highly strategic and commercially driven Marketing Lead to oversee the agency’s marketing and client growth function.
In this role, you will own client strategy, business development, and revenue growth. You will lead a high-performing team, manage key client relationships, and drive integrated marketing campaigns from insight to execution.
You will also play a key role in scaling the business by winning new accounts, expanding existing relationships, and improving operational efficiency across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Client Growth & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across FMCG, tech, beauty, lifestyle, and entertainment sectors
- Lead pitch development and presentations from insight to closure
- Drive client acquisition, onboarding, and account expansion
- Build and manage a structured sales and marketing pipeline
Account Strategy & Management
- Lead integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, PR, influencer, and experiential channels
- Translate client objectives into actionable briefs for internal teams
- Ensure strong campaign delivery, performance tracking, and client satisfaction
- Manage long-term account growth and retention
Revenue & Performance Management
- Own revenue targets, pricing, and profitability for the agency’s marketing function
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and media spend efficiency
- Optimize resource allocation across accounts to maximize margins
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop Account Managers and Marketing Executives
- Run weekly performance reviews, pipeline tracking, and post-campaign evaluations
- Collaborate with leadership on hiring and team structure
Campaign Execution & Creative Direction
- Oversee campaign rollout across content, design, and media teams
- Guide brand storytelling across all marketing touchpoints
- Ensure creative output aligns with strategy and client goals
Operations & Systems
- Improve internal processes including CRM, reporting, and campaign tracking
- Standardize templates, briefs, and reporting frameworks
- Maintain case studies and proposal systems to support business development
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or brand strategy (agency or client-side)
- Proven experience winning and managing client accounts
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing (digital, PR, content, influencer, experiential)
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, pricing, and campaign performance
- Experience leading teams and managing client relationships
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, CRM tools, etc.)
- Ability to develop strategies, write briefs, and lead execution independently
