Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote properties, services, and events.
• Manage social media platforms including content creation, posting, and engagement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing strategies.
• Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and email newsletters.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
• Manage and maintain the company website ensuring it is up-to-date and reflects the company's brand and messaging.
• Organize and coordinate events such as property launches, open houses, and seminars.
• Monitor and report on marketing metrics including website analytics, social media engagement, and campaign ROI.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field*.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing*, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication, writing, and design skills*.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills*.
