Site Supervisor at a Beach Resort

About the Role: 

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of pool construction projects from start to finish. The role ensures that all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to approved designs, quality standards, and project timelines. The supervisor coordinates construction teams, subcontractors, materials, and site activities while serving as the primary on-site representative of the company.

Requirements 

HND, B.SC, or Post-Graduate qualification in:

• Civil Engineering 
• Building Management 
• Construction Management 
• Architecture
• Or any other related technical field.

Experience. 

• 2 - 3 years work experience in the same field.
• Able to work efficiently in a team
• Have the ability to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.

Technical skills. 

• Strong understanding of construction quality standards, testing methods and procedures.
• Ability to read abd interpret construction drawings, plans and BOQs.
• Knowledge of quality control and adherence to building standards.
• Good understanding of health,  safety, and environmental (HSE) practices on site
• Proficiency in basic computer tools (MS, Excel, Word) Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage. 
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must be physically fit and able to work on active construction sites
