As a Marketing Assistant at Uwana Energy, you will support the marketing team by executing creative campaigns, deploying digital marketing strategies and managing social media handles.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Creative Teams: Work with creative and technical teams to develop compelling branding ideas, promotional materials, email campaigns, blogs, and advertising copies tailored to individuals and businesses.
Optimise Marketing Channels: Discover and utilise effective marketing channels, including social media, webinars, partnerships, and digital content, to relay Uwana’s solar solutions to target audiences.
Evaluate Campaign Performance: Track and analyse key performance metrics (conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, ROI) to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
Develop Data-Driven Campaigns: Collaborate with the Product Marketer to develop innovative, data-driven marketing campaigns. Analyse customer behaviour, identify high-performing channels, segment audiences, run A/B tests, and provide actionable insights to senior management to improve engagement and sales.
Manage Outbound and Inbound Marketing: Assist with inbound and outbound marketing activities, including content creation, event planning, and targeted advertising.
Maintain Data Quality: Ensure data integrity and enhance marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and improve customer experience.
Collaborate on SEO & Content: Work closely with the digital team to enhance website performance, optimise landing pages, write SEO-friendly blogs, and increase organic traffic through SEO efforts.
Conduct Market Research: Analyse customer trends, competitor offerings, and demographic data specific to the renewable energy and solar industries.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and at least 1 year of experience in marketing.
