About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue by connecting employers with our recruitment and advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients (SMEs and large organizations)
• Present and promote our recruitment advertising and hiring solutions
• Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
• Convert prospects into paying clients
• Manage client accounts and build long-term relationships
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and deals
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• 2–3 years experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or business development
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident in cold calling and pitching services
• Target-driven with a strong closing ability
• Familiarity with recruitment, HR services, or digital advertising is an advantage
