    • The Head of Legal and Compliance is a senior executive responsible for overseeing an organization’s legal affairs and ensuring regulatory compliance across all operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee all legal matters (contracts, disputes, corporate governance).

    Head of Finance

    Job Description

    •  He will be responsible for overseeing the Company’s Financial Accounts and leading the Account/Finance Department. Manages Accounts, Finance/Treasury, and Credit Control.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Cash flow management

    • Preparing financial reports

    • CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
    • CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
