Marketing and Corporate Communications Executive at HotBox Technology

The role of the company's Marketing and Communications Executives will be to contribute to the development and implementation of marketing campaigns that promote all aspects of our business. The role is varied and fast-paced and includes planning, advertising, public relations, event organisation, distribution, sponsorship and research.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conceptualize, plan, and execute events that support overall marketing events;
• Media monitoring and source relevant content from key influencers, stakeholders, industry partners and subject matter experts;
• Track ROI for marketing campaigns;
• Manage an editorial calendar to drive engagement and lead generation;
• Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness;
• In-charge of social networking opportunities to facilitate sales and increase brand awareness;
• Original content creation and the management of communications activities in line with the marketing and communications strategy;
• Gather customer feedback to inform sales and product teams;
• Be responsible for building and promoting the brand both to an internal and external audience.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with marketing campaigns on social media;
• Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics;
• Proven work experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist or similar role;
• Solid understanding of marketing communications strategies, channels, and techniques;
• Knowledge with working in an IT firm will be an added advantage
