• Our client is looking for a Female Marketer to join our team, contributing to the growth of our customer base and the adoption of sustainable energy solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote solar products and services.
• Identify target customer segments and create tailored marketing campaigns.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and website.
• Collaborate with the Solar Engineer/Marketer to create gender-inclusive marketing strategies.
• Organize and participate in marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
• Generate leads and follow up on potential customers to convert them into clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve marketing efforts.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay competitive in the market.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials and content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on renewable energy or related industries.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for sustainability.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with gender-inclusive marketing strategies is a plus.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
