    Key Account Manager

    About the Role

    • Reporting to the Partnerships Lead, the Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with key partners, to grow the Company’s business and to ensure that clients’ needs are met.

    Responsibilties and Tasks
    Client/Stakeholder Management:

    • Attracting and managing key account relationships to on-board new deal/projects and manage existing business for high performance; this includes serving as the primary Account Manager and point person for a portfolio of clients
    • Get understanding of clients’ needs and requirements and proffer possible solutions
    • Collaborating with the Partnerships Lead and other Account Managers to achieve team goals, and also representing the department as needed in line with Company policies
    • Performing research, developing ideas and creating new business opportunities for the Company
    • Designing and building reports to communicate ideas and status updates
    • Organizing materials and information for tender submissions, including liaison with other units within the Company on submission of bid documents
    • Providing inputs to management for developing capabilities in new areas of strategic value
    • Serve as intermediary between the clients and the internal teams
    • Communicating with cohorts in client and potential client organizations, professionally and socially (where appropriate), to maintain relationships with clients.

    Skills & Qualifications
    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Business Development or Sales function and providing solutions to clients’ need
    • Experience in technical payment products.

    Job-specific Skills and Requirements:

    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Resourcefulness and self-motivation, with the ability to perform with minimal supervision
    • Well-organized, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Exceptional market/customer awareness and networking skills
    • Strong proficiency in use of business email and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Experienced in development of business processes, models, and plans, including basic financial analysis in Excel
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Adaptability, ability to work in a team environment
    • Confidentiality and the highest ethical standards must be maintained in all activities
    • The Key Account Manager will be required to provide assistance to the Company in a wide range of areas, including duties not directly related to his/her area of experience or expertise, in which case proper instruction will be provided by the Company.

    Sales Executive

    About the Role

    • The Sales Executive (SE) will be primarily responsible for acquiring new clients for Paga PaaS products and take ownership of PaaS sales pipeline.
    • SE will be a subject matter expert in Paga developer products, the ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities and assisting clients in discovering specific-needs.
    • SE will be expected to work closely with the account management and business support team to follow up and nurture leads through effective communication with prospects, understanding their needs, and ensuring smooth sales and post sales experience.
    • The candidate should have experience in carrying a sales target, close sales and meet targets.

     Responsibilties and Tasks

    • Client Engagement: Manage relationships with SME prospects, understanding their specific business needs and pain points.
    • Solution Selling: Presents tailored solutions that meet the unique challenges of clients, positioning the company’s offerings effectively.
    • Deal Closing: Takes ownership of the sales cycle from qualification to contract signing.
    • Market Focus: Tracks trends and developments in targeted sectors, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
    • Pipeline Management: Ensures accurate tracking of deals within the sales pipeline and reports progress to the Sales Operation Manager.
    • Sales Strategy: Manages complex sales cycles for clients, working with multiple stakeholders to develop customized solutions.

    Knowledge and Skill Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in Merchant Acquiring
    • Sales experience in Fintech/Telecom/Banking/SAS would be an advantage.
    • Have experience in selling technical products, comfortable discussing system integration via API, SDK, widget among others. 
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Resourcefulness and self-motivation, with the ability to perform with minimal supervision
    • Proactive to client matters
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to exhibit emotional intelligence
    • Confidentiality and the highest ethical standards must be maintained in all activities.

    Senior Sales Executive

    About the Role

    • The Senior Sales Executive (SSE) will be primarily responsible for acquiring new clients for Paga Engine products and take ownership of Paga Engine sales pipeline.
    • SSE will be a subject matter expert in Paga developer products, the ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities and assisting clients in discovering specific-needs.
    • SSE will be expected to work closely with the account management and business support team to follow up and nurture leads through effective communication with prospects, understanding their needs, and ensuring smooth sales and post sales experience.
    • The candidate should have experience in carrying a sales target, close sales and meet targets. 

     Responsibilties and Tasks

    • Responsible for client acquiring target e.g. Number of new clients, deals closed, revenue and transaction volume
    • Generate quality leads and get them across sales pipeline
    • Understanding clients’ needs and identifying sales opportunities based on similar client profiles
    • Continuously update and maintain sales pipeline report
    • Maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure continuous growth and sales targets are achieved.
    • Ensure that client satisfaction levels are high & such that referrals are generated given good services.
    • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate client needs
    • Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
    • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
    • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
    • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
    • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
    • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

    Knowledge and Skill Requirements

    • Minimum of 4 - 5 years of working experience in Merchant Acquiring
    • Sales experience in Fintech/Telecom/Banking/SAS would be an advantage.
    • Have an acumen and tact of handling C-Suite discussions
    • Have experience in selling technical products, comfortable discussing system integration via API, SDK, widget among others. 
    • Strong negotiation and leadership skills
    • Resourcefulness and self-motivation, with the ability to perform with minimal supervision
    • Proactive to client matters
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to exhibit emotional intelligence
    • Confidentiality and the highest ethical standards must be maintained in all activities.
