Sales Manager at Princess Aurelia Consulting

Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 Monthly

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving property sales, managing a sales team, and developing strategies to increase revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
• Manage client relationships and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
• Oversee property marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years proven experience in real estate sales (Managerial experience preferred)
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven and result-oriented
• Good knowledge of Abuja or Enugu property market
