• Facilitate connections between buyers and the target group.
• Monitor and evaluate the success of micro businesses.
• Provide regular progress reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in micro-business development, market research, or related field.
• Strong understanding of market trends and micro business development principles.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work with vulnerable populations, particularly adolescent girls and women.
• Fluency in English and local languages spoken in Mubi.
