We are seeking a vibrant and customer-focused MAPS Customer Care Agent to deliver exceptional service and support within our metering scheme operations.
This role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction, timely issue resolution, and adherence to professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a lively disposition and strong work ethic to achieve 100% productivity.
Ensure 100% compliance with standard opening and closing greetings during customer interactions.
Handle difficult or unhappy customers with empathy, professionalism, and appropriate apologies.
Escalate customer issues within 24 hours to the appropriate unit and ensure accurate customer information is captured failure to do so constitutes a fatal error.
Utilize Share Portal, Work Force, and collaborative tools efficiently to resolve customer complaints.
Adhere strictly to Appearance Standards (Corporate, Business Smart/Casual, and Presentable).
Maintain a tidy, well-arranged, and clutter-free workspace in compliance with Ambience Standards.
Minimum Requirements
HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
Prior experience in customer service or call centre operations is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficiency in using collaborative tools and CRM systems.
