Managing Director - Lubricant at Skyshore Group Limited (SGL)

Responsibilities

• To provide effective leadership to Retail and Lubricant Business Department in order to ensure that the company's sales and marketing objectives across all regions in the country are met.
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Exercising Budgetary controls.
• Develop group wide lubricant strategy that utilizes the enormous resources and the infrastructure of the group – People, brand name and network of assets.
• Authorization of Sales and marketing activities.
• Strengthening relationship with customers and bringing in new clients.
• Develop a network of distributors and develop sales promotional schemes to promote the company.
• Responsible for leading sales training objectives and assisting with recruiting.
• Working with other Lubricants Senior Managers and Executives to accomplish corporate objectives in safety, earnings, service excellence, marketing and pricing initiatives, and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10 years work experience.
