Head of HR at Matrix Energy Group

The Head, Human Resources provides strategic leadership for all HR functions across the Group and drives policies, systems, and people-related strategies in alignment with business goals. The role oversees HRBPs, partners with SBU Heads, ensures compliance with policies, leads annual HR initiatives, aligns performance management with training and development, supports talent acquisition, manages culture integration, oversees disciplinary processes, manages HR automation, handles third‑party HR services, drives compensation benchmarking, and ensures all HR documentation is compliant and up to date.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or related field
• Master’s degree in HR or HR‑related field (Required)
• 10–12 years HR experience, including minimum 5 years in management
• Experience in large organizations preferred
• Professional certification (ACIPM, SPHRi, SHRM‑SCP) required
• Knowledge of labor laws, employee/industrial relations
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, conflict resolution, and HR analytics skills
• Proficiency with ERP & HRIS platforms
• Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills
• High professionalism and integrity
