    • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategy and Organisational Development candidate to join our team.     Job Responsibilities
    Strategic Planning

    • Develop long-term organisational goals and strategies.
    • Analyse market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to align departmental goals with organisational objectives.

    Change Management Consultant

    • Design and implement change initiatives to improve organisational effectiveness.
    • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication during transitions.

    Organisational Development Specialist

    • Assess organisational health and identify areas for improvement.
    • Implement programmes for talent development and employee engagement.

    Performance Improvement Consultant

    • Analyse operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Develop performance metrics and benchmarks to track progress.

    Talent Management Consutant

    • Develop strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and development.
    • Implement succession planning and leadership development programmes.

    Project Manager

    • Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives and projects.

    Educational Qualifications
