About the Role

We are expanding, and we are looking for a smart, detail-oriented Operations & Business Development Associate to strengthen our recruitment operations and improve service delivery to pharmacy employers and other clients.

The ideal candidate is organised, articulate, digitally skilled, and capable of maintaining a high standard of accuracy in recruitment documentation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage applicant database and ensure proper documentation
• Prepare accurate Applicant Profiles based on submitted data
• Follow up with candidates via WhatsApp, email, and phone
• Coordinate interview scheduling for pharmacy employers
• Track recruitment workflow and prepare weekly activity reports
• Assist with online enquiries, leads, and brand visibility tasks
• Support the Lead Consultant with operational tasks

REQUIREMENTS

• OND/HND/BSc in any discipline
• 10–15 months experience in operations, admin, HR support, customer service or similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Very strong attention to detail (accuracy is essential)
• Good knowledge of Google Workspace, (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, Facebook, Socia Media Marketing,)
• Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
• Interest in business development support is an advantage

WORK CONDITIONS

• Hybrid (Ikeja + remote)
• Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
