    Manager

    We are seeking a reliable, disciplined, and resourceful Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our business. The manager will ensure all internal processes, staff duties, and customer interactions run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires excellent organizational skills and a strong commitment to efficiency and cost management.1

    Mandatory Requirement: Applicants must currently reside in or very close to the Anthony area of Lagos (e.g., Ilupeju, Anthony Village, Mende, Shomolu, Oshodi, etc.).

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operational Oversight: Manage and supervise all daily business operations, ensuring targets are met and quality standards are maintained.
    • Team Supervision: Lead, coach, and manage a small team of staff. This includes managing shift schedules, ensuring punctuality, and monitoring daily performance.
    • Inventory & Logistics: Oversee inventory levels, manage stock ordering, minimize waste, and ensure timely and cost-effective logistics or delivery processes.
    • Financial Administration: Handle cash management, process daily sales and expenses, and prepare accurate weekly/monthly financial summaries for senior management.
    • Customer Relations: Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained by the team.
    • Maintenance: Ensure the facility and equipment are well-maintained and identify any required repairs promptly.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Residency: Must currently reside in or immediately around the Anthony/Ilupeju axis of Lagos.
    •  Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or junior management role in any industry.
    • Minimum of an OND/HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

    Skills:

    • Excellent numerical and record-keeping abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or similar software.
    • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
    • Must be reliable, punctual, and highly organized.

    Compensation & Application

    Salary: ₦100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Naira) Gross Monthly Salary.
