Male Secretary to the Chief Medical Director at Pharmaceutical Company

A well-established hospital with many years of operation is in need of an experienced Male secretary to work in a hospital as a Secretary to the Chief Medical Director.

 DESCRIPTIONS

• Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
• Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
• Typing, filling, preparing and collating reports
• Organizing and servicing meetings
• Managing data base and prioritizing work load
• Implementing new procedures and administrative system
• Liaising with relevant organization and clients
• Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
• Logging or processing bills or expenses

Requirement

• Working experience as a secretary in a reputable company with minimum of 2 years’ experience
• First Degree or equivalent in Secretariat Studies, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or any related fields
• Minimum of 2 years cognate experience in a hospital environment will be an added advantage
• Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
• Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
