Luxury Retail Business Manager (Luxury Fashion Brand)
We are seeking a dynamic, commercially driven professional to lead our Abuja store operations and drive sales growth, business development, and brand visibility.
The Luxury Retail Business Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Abuja outlet, driving sales performance, leading and developing store associates, building strategic partnerships, and representing the brand to high-value customers and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will play a key role in growing the brand's presence within Abuja's luxury retail market while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets through effective customer engagement and relationship management.
Manage daily operations, presentation, and overall store performance.
Lead, supervise, and motivate store sales associates to deliver excellent customer service and achieve individual and team targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), corporate clients, and strategic partners.
Identify and execute business development, networking, and partnership opportunities that enhance brand visibility and generate sales.
Serve as a brand ambassador at events, client meetings, and other business engagements.
Ensure excellent customer experience, inventory accountability, and adherence to company standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Retail Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in luxury retail, premium fashion retail, luxury watches, jewelry, lifestyle brands, or a similar high-end retail environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
Proven ability to drive sales, close high-value transactions, and build lasting customer relationships.
Strong business development, networking, negotiation, and partnership management skills.
Demonstrated experience managing retail operations and leading high-performing sales teams.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and leadership skills.
Experience working with luxury retail brands is a strong advantage.
Existing network within Abuja's corporate, business, or luxury lifestyle community is an added advantage.
