    Lounge Manager

    Job Summary

    • As Lounge Manager you are responsible for the smooth and efficient daily operations of the lounge, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining high standards of service and atmosphere.
    • You are to manage staff, oversee inventory, and may be involved in menu planning and promotional activities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead, motivate, and develop lounge staff, including servers, bartenders, and support staff.
    • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and performance.
    • Manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient operations.
    • Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing constructive feedback and addressing any issues.
    • Ensure the lounge is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
    • Oversee the ordering of food and beverages, managing inventory and stock levels.
    • Maintain proper liquor inventories and controls.
    • Implement and enforce company standards for service, cleanliness, and safety.
    • Ensure all guests receive a warm and friendly welcome, and that their needs are met effectively
    • Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
    • Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and implement solutions.

    Other Responsibilities:

    • Assist with promotional activities for the lounge.
    • Participate in menu planning and development.
    • Complete all necessary documentation, including health and safety reports.
    • Monitor financial performance of the lounge, providing data for analysis and improvement.

    Requirements

    • Relevant years of experience working as a Lounge Manager is mandatory to be considered.
