    Logistics/Store Officer


    • Manage operations of the Logistics unit.
    • Develop innovative solutions to manage overall logistics cost and increase business revenue/profit
    • Manage and co-ordinate performance of all company’s dispatch Riders & Drivers in line with the company’s standard.
    • Resolve issues that arise with company products sent through our delivery channels.
    • Ensure that Logistics assets are used effectively, maintained periodically and accounted for.
    • Oversee periodic maintenance of company’s bikes and buses in line with specified budget as defined by management.
    • Provide relevant reports not limited to: Revenue, maintenance and deliveries periodically.
    • Coordinate and track movement of company products and ensure that they are smartly delivered to customers in various locations within the stipulated timeline.
    • Ensure that supplies, stock, materials, packages, and/or products are processed through the delivery system efficiently and safely.
    • Manage log book for Drivers and Riders
    • Drive adherence to safety/security processes and procedures.
    • Carry out packing, crating and storag duties  of all products in the organisation
    • Responsible for tracking, receiving and stocking all items ordered
    • Responsible for supervising and accounting for  inventory
    • Carry out daily and monthly inventory and provide reports
    • Manage our supply chain management.


    • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Degree.
    • Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience.
    • Knowledge of Logistics and Store system
    • Excellent computer skills.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills,
    • People and interpersonal skills
    • Proven management skills
    • Time Management Skills
    • Ability to work well with others
    • Planning/Project management Skills
