Responsibilities:

As a Loan Officer at Okazi Finance Limited, you will be responsible for:

1. Client Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs, goals, and preferences.
2. Financial Analysis: Conducting thorough financial analysis and evaluating creditworthiness of loan applicants, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
3. Loan Product Expertise: Educating clients about various loan products, terms, and conditions, helping them choose the best options to meet their specific needs.
4. Application Processing: Guiding clients through the loan application process, collecting necessary documentation, and ensuring accurate completion of paperwork.
5. Risk Assessment: Assessing and mitigating potential risks associated with loan applications while making informed decisions to protect the interests of both clients and the company.
6. Sales and Targets: Meeting or exceeding sales targets by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling financial products and services.
7. Market Research: Staying informed about market trends, competitors, and industry regulations to provide the most up-to-date information to clients.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar financial role.
3. Strong understanding of financial products, credit analysis, and lending regulations.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite.
8. Any relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Loan Officer) is a plus.
