Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Loan Officer at Fina Trust Microfinance Bank, located in Lagos.
• As a Loan Officer, your day-to-day tasks will involve customer service, loan origination, finance, underwriting, and ensuring loan compliance.
• You will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, conducting credit analyses, providing financial guidance to customers, and maintaining accurate loan records.
• Additionally, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and offer tailor-made financial solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Qualifications

• Loan Officers and Underwriting skills
• Experience in finance and loan origination
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze financial information
• Knowledge of loan compliance regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the microfinance industry is a plus
• 1-5 years related experience
