    Graduate Trainee

    At American Christian Academy, we believe excellence is built intentionally. It is reflected in the way people think, serve, and carry out their responsibilities.     Our Graduate Trainee Programme is designed for young graduates who are at the beginning of their professional journey and are eager to learn, open to being challenged, and committed to becoming the best version of themselves.

    Programme Duration

    • 10 Months

    Areas of Placement

    Successful candidates may be assigned to one of the following areas:

    • Teaching
    • Academic Support
    • Administrative Support

    To be considered, applicants should:

    • Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Second Class Upper Division) from an accredited university.
    • Demonstrate strong communication, critical thinking, and sound judgment.
    • Show initiative, take ownership of responsibilities, and be open to feedback.
    • Be comfortable working within a Christian environment guided by Biblical values.
