Major Responsibilities
Assist in drafting Legal Contracts and Agreements.
Ensure all processes, contracts, and agreements and in compliance with all regulations.
Advise on litigation matters.
Conduct legal due diligence as asked.
Prepare and present reports/summaries on legal matters.
