Our group comprises of four main business units: Prima Impex Ltd., Engee Enterprises UK Ltd.,The LaCasera Company PLC and Prima Corporation Ltd. The Group is clearly focused on 2 sectors: Plastics raw materials trading and beverages manufacturing and marketing.
As the Group grows, it necessitates a transition from a traditional business model to professionally managed model. It therefore becomes important to centralize certain functions and standardize processes in order to ensure quality standards and cut costs across the group, while maintaining growth - therefore setting solid foundations for our future.
In this respect, Jotna Nigeria Limited., a holding and investment services company, was set up in 2003 to serve as the corporate head office for the business units within the group. Jotna Nigeria Limited provides the vision, strategic direction, operational oversight and logistical support for the various business units, actively helping each unit to meets its objectives.
While we deliberately seek to serve as strong central resource and control point, the Group maintains a culture of enterprise, entrepreneurial leadership and creativity. These attributes together with integrity and drive as established by our founder, Mr. Naraindas G. Vaswani are those with which we continue to challenge ourselves daily.
