• We are seeking a Manufacturing Excellence Manager to join our dynamic team in Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive process improvements, reduce waste, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives, SOPs, and Kaizen projects.
• Oversee World-Class Manufacturing (WCM) implementation and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve productivity targets.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards while improving performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related fields.
• 10+ years’ experience in Production (5+ years in FMCG with WCM exposure).
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, ISO standards, HSE, and ERP systems (preferably SAP).
