Block Production Worker at FMR AGENCY

Job Summary

• We are hiring a hardworking and reliable Block Production Worker to support block production and batching plant operations. This entry-level role involves assisting with manual production tasks, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and supporting daily plant operations under supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out manual tasks such as moving materials, cleaning, stacking blocks, watering, and tidying aggregates
• Assist in watering and maintaining the curing block yard
• Help with receiving aggregates and keeping the stockyard organized
• Keep block production areas clean and safe
• Report safety hazards or machine problems immediately
• Always wear protective gear (boots, gloves, helmet, mask, vest)
• Attend safety briefings and training sessions
• Be punctual, reliable, and present throughout shifts

Requirements

• WAEC / NECO minimum qualification
• Basic reading and writing skills
• 0–1 year experience (entry-level role)
• Physically fit and able to work in a dusty, outdoor environment
• Willingness to work hard and follow instructions
