Job Summary:

Establish a generative Health & Safety Culture within the organization through the promotion, management and maintenance of the Health & Safety Policy, System and Guidelines; compliance and adherence to all the applicable local laws; providing expert advice on all related health & safety issues; and contribute in achieving the objectives.

Guarantee that the Health & Safety Management System is applied.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and communicate Health & Safety policies and guidelines.
• Conduct risk assessments and reduce health and safety incidents.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
• Train employees on safety practices and provide ongoing support.
• Monitor and report on Health & Safety performance across the plant and depots.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc., HND) in a relevant field; HSE certification required.
• A Master's degree qualification will be an added advantage.
• 5+ years in Health & Safety, with recent experience in a similar role.
• Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, or Food & Beverage industry.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, communication skills, and a proactive approach.
