The Role
We are looking for motivated and persuasive Client Success Associates to join us as we onboard our very first wave of early adopters. Your primary responsibility is to reach out to business owners and help them successfully launch their listings on our portal. This is a fully flexible role where you act as a strategic partner to local vendors by providing them with the digital tools they need to grow.
What You Will Do
Your day involves identifying ambitious business owners and guiding them through the onboarding process to ensure their listing is optimized for success. You will be responsible for explaining the unique value of QuePosts and helping each vendor establish a strong digital footprint. While we welcome growth in every sector, you will mainly focus on these priority industries:
Earnings and Flexibility
This position is strictly commission based and is intended for those who want to control their own income. We offer a generous fifty percent commission on every listing fee you bring in, which means you keep half of what the client pays. There are no caps on your earnings and no fixed office hours, allowing you to work at your own pace and scale your income based on your results. You will be promoting three main service tiers for our vendors:
