    Education Consultant

    Description

    • This is a C-suite level engagement for a seasoned education professional with proven expertise in school expansion, systems strengthening, revenue optimization, academic quality assurance, and institutional positioning.
    • The ideal candidate is growth-oriented, visionary, analytical, and deeply passionate about shaping young minds through sustainable institutional excellence.

    Position Summary

    • The Education Consultant will serve as the chief architect of the school’s growth strategy, working closely with the Proprietor, Head of School, and Board to drive sustainable enrollment growth, academic excellence, operational efficiency, and brand visibility.
    • The successful candidate will combine educational leadership expertise with business acumen to position the school as a leading institution within its locality and beyond.

    Responsibilities
    Strategic Growth & Expansion:

    • Develop and implement a 3 – 5 year school growth strategy.
    • Design and execute student enrollment expansion plans.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to strengthen market positioning.
    • Identify and develop new revenue streams (after-school programs, holiday programs, partnerships, etc.).

    Enrollment & Brand Positioning:

    • Lead admissions strategy and parent engagement architecture.
    • Develop compelling value propositions differentiating the school within the early childhood and primary education market.
    • Strengthen digital and community visibility strategies.
    • Optimize the admissions pipeline from inquiry to conversion.

    Academic & Quality Assurance Oversight:

    • Review and strengthen curriculum delivery frameworks.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory and educational standards.
    • Introduce teacher evaluation and performance improvement frameworks.
    • Introduce measurable academic performance benchmarks.

    Systems & Operational Efficiency:

    • Establish scalable administrative structures.
    • Improve reporting systems and governance frameworks.
    • Introduce performance dashboards for leadership decision-making.
    • Strengthen financial sustainability models.

    Leadership Advisory & Capacity Building:

    • Provide executive coaching to the Head of School and leadership team.
    • Support succession planning and leadership development.
    • Support investor/donor presentations where applicable.
    • Strengthen parent-school relationship frameworks.
    • Facilitate staff capacity-building sessions aligned with growth goals.

    Early Child Care & Foundation Stage Excellence:

    • Oversee developmentally appropriate Early Years frameworks.
    • Strengthen Early Child Care policies, safety standards, and caregiver training models.
    • Ensure alignment with best practices in nursery and foundation stage education.
    • Design structured play-based learning systems that support cognitive, emotional, and social development.
    • Implement measurable Early Years quality benchmarks.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Education Professional certification or demonstrated specialization in Early Child Care / Early Childhood Education (mandatory prerequisite)., Educational Leadership, Business Administration, or related field (Doctorate is an advantage).
    • 5 – 12+ years progressive experience in educational leadership, school management, or educational consulting.
    • Proven track record of scaling a school or educational institution.
    • Strong understanding of Early Years developmental frameworks and primary education standards.
    • Demonstrable experience in strategic planning, enrollment growth, and financial sustainability modeling.
    • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities.
    • Financial literacy and understanding of school economics.
    • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

    Class Teacher

    Job Description

    Position Summary

    • The Class Teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging, and developmentally appropriate instruction to pupils, ensuring academic excellence, emotional well-being, and positive classroom culture.

    Parent & Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Maintain professional communication with parents.
    • Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings.
    • Provide guidance to parents on supporting learning at home.

    Professional Development & Collaboration:

    • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school programs.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance academic delivery.
    • Contribute to school growth initiatives and extracurricular activities.

    Requires Qualifications & Experience

    • Minimum of NCE, B.Ed., B.Sc. (Ed), or related field.
    • Specialization in Early Childhood Education is mandatory for Nursery Class Teachers.
    • Minimum of 2–5 years teaching experience in a standard nursery or primary school.
    • Strong understanding of child development and classroom management.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Digital literacy and basic ICT competence.
