    Business Development Executive - Training

    JC International is a leading Training, Inspection, Asset Integrity Maintenance, and Pipeline & Process Services company providing world-class solutions to the oil and gas industry across Africa and beyond. We are need of a Business Development Executive to drive sales in our Training school.

    The Ideal candidate will have experience is developing and implementing business development strategies for expanding the training school.

    Responsibilities:

    1. To sell and generate revenue for the Training division
    2. Develop marketing and sales strategy to increase revenue for the Training division.
    3. Profitable utilization of the company’s training divisional facilities and assets through effective marketing.
    4. Register all clients’ training requests for accurate billing and invoicing.
    5. Responsible for prompt renewal of training running contracts.
    6. Ensures compliance with training quality manual procedure.
    7. Ensure that the training facility is auditable at all times for both clients and regulatory bodies.
    8. Schedule meetings, appointments, and presentations with clients.
    9. Maintain existing accounts by following up with Leads and attending to clients’ request promptly.
    10. Identify and attend relevant Training events, exhibitions and conferences.
    11. To establish new accounts by developing and expanding sales through client visits/telephone enquiries/email and electronic communication.
    12. Re-activate inactive accounts by following up with Leads and understanding their training needs
    13. Ensure Business expansion and increase in market share index through networking and effective marketing.
    14. Work with the digital marketing team to showcase the Training service division in limelight.
    15. Prepare presentations and pitches for prospective Clients & Regulators.
    16. Ensure vendor registration of Training services with key clients.
    17. Ensure timely submission of all Training tenders.

    Qualifications/Requirements

    1. BSC/HND in any discipline
    2. At least 6-year work experience in sales & business development
    3. Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office
    4. Excellent Presentation skill
    5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to complete tasks on time
    6. Tender Packaging Experience is an added advantage
    7. Experience in Oil and industry is an added advantage
