Utility Manager at Jotna Nigeria Limited

Job Summary

• Are you skilled in utility operations and equipment maintenance? We are looking for a Utility Engineer to ensure the seamless operation of compressors, chillers, boilers, water treatment plants, CO₂ plants, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain 95% availability of utility and ancillary equipment
• Overhaul and troubleshoot utility machines (AF Compressors, Atlas Copco, Hansa Chiller, Bosch Boiler, etc.)
• Monitor and manage utility costs and environmental KPIs within budget
• Ensure plant safety with zero accidents and adherence to HSE protocols
• Lead and develop a high-performing utilities team

Requirements

• HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• 5–8 years of experience, with at least 6 years in utility operations
• Strong expertise in compressors, power generators, chillers, and water systems
• Knowledge of safety procedures, problem-solving, and people management skills
