Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive legal officer to join our reputable firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice, ensuring  regulatory compliance, and managing the organizations legal processes.

Key Resposibilities:

• Provide legal advice on corporate, contract and employment laws.
• Develop and implement compliance strategies aligned with regulatory requirements
• Stay updated on regulatory developments
• Lead internal and external audits
• Ensure that the board operates within the legal and regulatory framework governing the organization
• Evaluate and enhance legal and compliance processes

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Law (LL.B) from a reputable university
• Professional Certification is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian Law and regulations
• Expertise in legal research, contract drafting, negotiation, and litigation.
