Legal Manager at Adron Homes & Properties Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Ensure the company’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and liaise with external counsel.
• Oversee risk management and corporate governance initiatives.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant legislative changes.
• Train and guide internal teams on legal and compliance-related issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB); BL and Master’s Degree (added advantage).
• Minimum of 5–7 years of post-call legal experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Membership of relevant professional bodies (e.g., NBA) is required.
