Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.

• Minimum of 5–7 years of post-call legal experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Membership of relevant professional bodies (e.g., NBA) is required.
