Business Development Officer at Adron Homes & Properties Limited

Role Summary:

• We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the growth and expansion of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and drive business growth
• Identify market trends and customer needs to create targeted sales strategies
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement
• Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and performance updates to management
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in business development, sales, or marketing in Sport related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client accounts
• Passion for sports and fitness is a plus
