Job Summary

Our client who is the world’s leading source of business information and insights, enabling companies to Decide with Confidence, is currently hiring a Legal and Customer Service officer in Abuja, Nigeria.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Carry out company searches with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
• Carry out Legal research and documentation with CAC.
• Document verification and compliance checks.
• Ensure the development of service level agreements for service support and delivery.
• Assist in the development of guidelines, policies, procedures.
• Assist in the analysis and review of legal agreements, legislation and documents for the Management.
• Monitor the maintenance of the registers and other records required to be maintained by the Company under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA).
• Carry out assigned customer service and administrative duties.

Preferred Experience and Background:

• B.L, LL.B (Hons).
• Minimum of one year corporate experience preferably in a client-facing role.
