Associate Counsel at New Ark Legal Practitioners

New Ark LP is seeking a smart, commercially minded Lawyer to join the Firm. The role involves corporate and commercial advisory, litigation support, investor and transaction advisory, real estate documentation, legal drafting, research, and client management. This is a remote/field-based role, requiring the successful candidate to work independently while also attending court, client meetings, property inspections, registries, and other external assignments as required.
