Lecturer I - Meterology and Climate Science

- Job Field Education / Teaching
Area of Specialization: (i) Meteorology: (Boundary Layer Met & Turbulence, Atmospheric Thermodynamics, Regional Climate Systems, Dynamics Meteorology, Numerical Weather Prediction, Climate modelling, Cloud Physics & Weather Modification, Mesoscale Weather Systems).

(ii) Applied Meteorology and Climate Science: (Satellite Meteorology, Marine Meteorology & Physical Oceanography, Aeronautical Meteorology, Climate Change risk and vulnerability, Climate Adaptation and Mitigation). Physical Geography with Geo-Information Application in Process Modelling (Coastal, Catchment/Fluvial, Landscape/Erosion)

REQUIREMENTS
- All applicants MUST possess Master Degree and/or Ph.D where applicable for the desired position.
- In addition, applicant must have minimum of three (3) years teaching/ research experience in a University, research institution or equivalent institution.
- All applicants MUST have SSCE/NECO/WASC/GCE O/L credits in 5 subjects, including Mathematics and English. Applicant must be ICT compliant.
