Job Summary

Jeroid Limited is seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across our fintech business and affiliated brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand growth, customer acquisition, lead generation, digital marketing, partnerships, and overall marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth.
• Lead digital marketing campaigns across social media, SEO, SEM, email, and paid advertising.
• Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all channels.
• Drive lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance.
• Build strategic partnerships and manage public relations activities.
• Oversee marketing budgets and report on campaign ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in fintech, technology, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation.
• Experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
