    Learning and Development Specialist

    Job Summary

    • The L&D Specialist is responsible for designing, enhancing, and delivering engaging learner-centric learning experiences across the organization.
    • This role blends instructional design, learning technology, facilitation, and user experience thinking to ensure learning programs are impactful, accessible, and aligned with business goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design end-to-end learning journeys using learner-centric and experience-driven approaches
    • Translate business and performance needs into engaging learning solutions.
    • Apply instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, Design Thinking, Agile learning)
    • Create blended learning experiences (digital, instructor-led, social, on-the-job)
    • Develop high-quality learning content (e-learning, microlearning, workshops, toolkits, videos)
    • Curate internal and external learning resources aligned to skill frameworks
    • Ensure content is inclusive, accessible, and aligned with adult learning principles
    • Facilitate workshops, virtual sessions, and learning labs where required
    • Support train-the-trainer and facilitator enablement programs
    • Manage and optimize learning platforms from a learner experience perspective
    • Leverage digital tools to enhance engagement, tracking, and learning analytics
    • Evaluate learning effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative measures
    • Analyse learner feedback and performance data to continuously improve programs
    • Track learning impact and recommend enhancements based on insights.

    Required Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Education, Psychology, HR, or related field
    • 3-6 years of experience in L&D, instructional design, or learning experience design
    • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks
    • Experience designing blended and digital learning experiences
    • Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms and learning technologies.

    Salary
