Role Description

• The role involves preparing reports and proposals on land acquisition opportunities, monitoring market trends, and maintaining accurate records of land banks and transactions.
• The Land Bank Officer also collaborates closely with the sales, legal, and project teams to support smooth acquisition processes and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of real estate, land acquisition, and property development processes.
• Proficiency in land documentation review, due diligence, and basic legal and regulatory compliance related to property.
• Effective communication and report-writing abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to conduct field inspections, interpret surveys, and understand basic land measurement and mapping concepts.
• Good organizational and planning skills, with the capacity to manage multiple land acquisition projects simultaneously.
• Comfort with using productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, and document management software) for record-keeping and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Office Management, Library Science or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in land banking, property acquisition, or real estate transactions within Lagos and its environs is an advantage.
• Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical business practices.
