Job Summary

• We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Male Kitchen Assistant to support the daily operations of our kitchen.
• The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and ensure that all kitchen activities follow proper hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in basic food preparation such as washing, cutting, and arranging ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
• Wash dishes, pots, and kitchen tools when required.
• Help in receiving, sorting, and storing food supplies properly.
• Ensure the kitchen area complies with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist cooks and kitchen staff during meal preparation.
• Dispose of kitchen waste properly and maintain a tidy environment.
• Carry out any other kitchen-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience working in a kitchen or food service environment is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to work long hours if required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
• Good personal hygiene and cleanliness habits.
• Must be responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
