The role involves maintaining client relationships, developing customer retention strategies, contributing to sales growth, and supporting the sales team in achieving their objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with current and potential clients to strengthen relationships.
Research and understand client needs, offering appropriate solutions through proposal writing.
Develop and implement strategies for customer retention, ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales targets and business objectives.
Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
Assist in creating marketing materials and sales collateral to support the sales process.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in sales, customer service, or account management is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Knowledge of the HMO industry and pharmaceutical products is preferred.
Passion for the health-tech industry and a desire to contribute to its growth.
