    Junior Sales Associate

    Job Overview

    • The role involves maintaining client relationships, developing customer retention strategies, contributing to sales growth, and supporting the sales team in achieving their objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Engage with current and potential clients to strengthen relationships.
    • Research and understand client needs, offering appropriate solutions through proposal writing.
    • Develop and implement strategies for customer retention, ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales targets and business objectives.
    • Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
    • Assist in creating marketing materials and sales collateral to support the sales process.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Experience in sales, customer service, or account management is an advantage.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
    • Knowledge of the HMO industry and pharmaceutical products is preferred.
    • Passion for the health-tech industry and a desire to contribute to its growth.
