Junior Accountant at AllFlavors Supreme Foods

Job Summary

• We are looking for a Junior Accountant to assist in managing financial records, preparing accounts and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. 
• This role will work closely with the Account team and the Senior Finance Manager to support the company’s financial operations.

Responsibilties

• Maintain accurate financial statements, accounts and reports.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, accounts and reports
• Perform data entry, reconciliations and journal entries
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with the Senior Finance manager and finance team to analyze financial data and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications / Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software e.g QuickBooks,MS Excel(strongly required).
• Proficiency in Odoo and ERP system is an added advantage
• Strong analytical, communicationand problem-solving skills.
• Attention to work accurately and efficiently in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
