The TTC Mobile World is seeking a skilled IT Trainer with expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Cybersecurity (IAM, Azure Security, SIEM, Firewalls)
- Cloud Computing (AWS Architecture, Azure Administration, Cloud Security)
- DevOps & Platform Engineering (Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, CI/CD)
- Graphics & Web Design (UI/UX, Branding, Front-End Development)
As an IT Trainer, you will deliver high-quality, hands-on training to students worldwide, helping them build real-world skills for careers in IT. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping the next generation of IT professionals through engaging instruction, mentorship, and project-based learning.
This is a fully remote opportunity with flexible working hours.
Key Responsibilities
Course Delivery & Instruction
- Conduct structured training programs in one or more of the specialized areas.
- Deliver engaging live virtual sessions and hands-on labs.
- Ensure students gain real-world proficiency in industry tools and frameworks.
- Provide 1:1 mentorship and support to students.
- Foster a collaborative learning environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions and participate.
Curriculum Development & Improvement
- Work with the curriculum team to keep content up to date with industry trends.
- Customize training materials to suit different learning levels and certification needs.
- Develop real-world projects, case studies, and assessments to enhance practical learning.
Student Support & Engagement
- Provide ongoing support, answer questions, and track student progress.
- Conduct assessments, quizzes, and feedback sessions to help students improve.
- Offer career guidance on certifications, job readiness, and career pathways.
Technical & Practical Focus
- Train students in key industry tools: AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, IAM, SIEM tools, etc.
- Simulate real-world environments for troubleshooting, configuration, and deployment.
- Share insights on current trends in cloud, cybersecurity, DevOps, and design.
Course Management & Administration
- Manage course schedules and ensure timely delivery of training.
- Maintain accurate student records, including attendance and assessments.
- Work with theITern’s admin team to resolve any logistical or technical challenges.
Graphics & Web Design (if applicable)
If you specialize in Graphics & Web Design, responsibilities include:
Graphic Design:
- Create branding materials, marketing assets, and social media graphics.
- Design logos, brochures, and packaging using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Ensure brand consistency across all designs.
Web Design:
- Design intuitive website layouts, UI components, and user experiences.
- Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.).
- Optimize websites for mobile responsiveness and performance.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, or a related field. Relevant certifications are highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in at least one of the following:
- Cybersecurity (Analyst, IAM, Azure Security, AWS Security)
- Cloud Computing (AWS Architect, Azure Administrator, Cloud Security Engineer)
- DevOps & Platform Engineering (Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Automation)
- Graphics & Web Design (Branding, UI/UX, Front-End Development)
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in industry tools such as AWS, Azure, Terraform, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and cybersecurity solutions.
- Training Experience: Prior experience delivering technical training (online or in-person), curriculum development, and student mentorship.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
Certifications (Highly Preferred):
- Cloud: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator
- Cybersecurity: CCSP, CISSP, AWS Security, Azure Security
- DevOps: Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins
- Design: Adobe Certified Expert (ACE)
- Mentorship: Passion for guiding students in career development and helping them succeed.
