About the Role
You will be responsible for managing several mid-range shortlet properties within a single location.
The role is mostly supervisory, focusing on revenue growth as the primary KPI, while ensuring smooth operations through effective coordination with multiple support teams. You will oversee guest-facing staff, housekeeping staff, kitchen and laundry teams, and ensure maintenance issues identified during inspections are properly followed up and resolved.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth & Sales Management
- Drive occupancy and revenue growth using dynamic pricing tools and market insights.
- Monitor daily and weekly performance against revenue targets
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue, through upselling, and service offerings
Operations Supervision
- Oversee daily operations across all shortlet units to ensure service standards are maintained
- Conduct routine on-site inspections to maintain quality, safety and readiness standards.
- Follow up on maintenance issues identified during inspections until resolution.
Team Oversight & Coordination
- Supervise staff handling guest communications and service delivery
- Oversee kitchen staff and ensure food service operations meet quality and hygiene standards
- Supervise laundry operations to ensure cleanliness, turnaround time, and availability
Guest Experience & Communication
- Ensure efficient guest engagement through CRM systems and WhatsApp-based communication platforms
- Monitor guest feedback, complaints, and reviews, ensuring prompt resolution
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Prepare intermediate-level reports covering revenue, occupancy, guest feedback and operational performance.
- Provide structured feedback to management for continuous improvement
Qualifications & Skills:
- B.Sc. in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in shortlet, hospitality, hotel, or serviced apartment operations
- Strong understanding of sales, revenue management, and dynamic pricing tools
- Experience supervising multiple operational teams
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital communication tools
- Strong organizational, leadership, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work in a structured environment with clear reporting expectations
- Must reside close to Ajah and environs for effective on-site supervision
