IT Supervisor at VMAX Tea & Coffee Ltd

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IT Supervisor to manage and maintain the company’s information systems, POS systems, network infrastructure, and technical support for VMAX Tea & Coffee outlets. This role ensures seamless operation of IT systems across all stores and corporate offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain POS systems, Wi-Fi networks, office computers, and other IT infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to store staff and corporate teams for hardware and software issues.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions.
• Install, configure, and maintain new hardware and software systems.
• Ensure data security, backups, and protection of company information.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams to implement IT solutions supporting business processes.
• Maintain IT documentation, including network diagrams, system manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT services and equipment when needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT management or technical support, preferably in QSR, café, or retail chains.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems, networking, hardware, and software support.
• Experience with system installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple IT tasks simultaneously.
