Role Overview:

We are looking for a versatile and tech-savvy Digital Marketing & IT Support Officer to manage our online marketing activities and provide basic technical support to our team. The ideal candidate will be creative, analytical, and have a good understanding of both digital marketing and IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms
• Manage and update the clinic’s website and online listings
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools
• Create online adverts and social media content to promote services and offers
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network systems in the clinic
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues and liaise with external vendors when necessary
• Ensure data security, backups, and smooth digital operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in digital marketing and IT support
• Proficiency with social media tools, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics platforms
• Basic knowledge of computer systems, networking, and troubleshooting
• Creative thinker with good design and content creation skills (Canva or similar tools)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
